Guest Bedroom & Office Inspiration

So when Chickadee was born she took over our current office/craft room! I really LOVE how her nursery turned out, but a side effect was my craft space had to relocate to the guest bedroom.

Here is a snapshot of our guest bedroom before. To the left of the bed was a bedside table and an armoire that I had refinished. Home Sweet Home for our guests.

However, it wasn’t going to work for a craft room because there wasn’t any work space. So we traded the queen size bed for a super king tv bed from TV Bed Store , moved the armoire downstairs to the living room, and transferred the craft desk into the room. So this space was on the wall opposite the daybed.

It worked for a while but I still wasn’t digging it….so this week I decided to try another arrangement. I’ve moved the desk/table into the closet…and the rest of the room is in shambles, I’m being honest with you folks, it’s a mess…and I’ve got pictures from every angle to prove it. (bad lighting, messy room, iphone camera)

But, don’t worry…I have a plan & an IKEA shopping list. So I’m working on this room for the next few days and I can’t wait to share with you the end result (probably next week).

Until then let me leave you with a little of my inspiration.
