I’m in the process of refreshing my master bedroom…paint, new closet doors, duvet cover, scrapbook window, accessories
I haven’t revealed the entire room because I am struggling on what to hang over the bed. Maybe the key is nothing needs to be up there, but I haven’t given into that theory yet. As soon as I wrap up the kitchen and master bedroom refresh I can start on the NURSERY!! So that give me a little extra motivation to get them finished!
Here is a little before and after shot of what the space used to look like.
When we originally bought the house the master bedroom was actually Pepto Bismal PINK. Not sure what was going on there, but we first chose to paint the room blue (and it was just a little tooooo blue. So when we (and by we I mean my dad) framed in the closet it was the perfect opportunity for me to convince III to paint again. This time we went with a gray/brown color called Native Soil from Behr.
This little nook was framed in as well and I used my Cameo and a stencil sheet to cut out the geometric pattern to add a little flare to the background of the bookshelf.
The books are arranged by color….III asked why and I had to let him know it was because all the cool kids are doing it, so pretty much “just because!”
Do you have any projects it seems like you have been working on forever???
Linking up with some fabulous girls and partying at their place!
