Yopa! A Healthy Start


If you have been around A Step in the Journey long enough, I am sure you know that I love projects and recipes that are quick and easy!! And with life picking up while trying to work a full time job & run a growing Etsy business I must admit that the same is true with my nutrition. I want to be healthy, but I need it to fit into my busy lifestyle and that is why I use and recommend the best weight loss supplements.

So it is no surprise that Yopa!’s Greek Yogurt caught my attention at the grocery store. It falls into both of my categories for creating a successful, healthy breakfast! Everything you need comes nicely packed in one grab and go container! 


There were so many different flavors to choose from! I ended up buying strawberry and blueberry, and at my husband’s persistence, we picked up the Vanilla & Almond flavor also. As I mentioned before one of the reasons I really liked Yopa! is the combination it sets out for you. In this one convenient package there is the Greek yogurt, fruit filling, and creative toppings (chocolate, granola, or almonds). 

Now for all of you who haven’t boarded the Greek Yogurt Express just yet, I must warn your their is one noticeable difference between regular and Greek yogurt. That my friends is the consistency. Greek yogurt is a little thicker than the regular yogurt of ole. However, the nutritional trade off is well worth the difference in texture. In the one 5.3 oz. container of Yopa! that I ate for breakfast there were 13 grams of protein. And for someone like me that doesn’t eat a lot of meat on a day to day basis; Yopa! is the perfect protein solution! And it has many other benefits to a balanced & healthy lifestyle as well!
