Bacon Cheese Fries
So is your team in the Super Bowl?? Here in Atlanta we are pretty disappointed over our Falcons loss last weekend. Matty Ice melted, but I have no doubt he will be back next season ready to bring home the trophy. Even though our team is not in the big game, we’ll still be getting together with our Sunday School class to eat, socialize, and comment on those million dollar commercials! After making these bacon cheese fries this weekend, I think they might be joining me as the Ravens take on the 49ers.
When slicing the potatoes I would suggest a potato for every 3-4 people. If you prefer crispy fries slice on the thin side. In a big bowl…
Next, lay out on a FOIL COVERED & GREASED baking sheet. And then bake for 40 minutes at 400 degrees; make sure and flip half way through!
While the fries are in the oven fry some bacon and then crush into small pieces. Max would like me to interject that if a few pieces fall to the floor, his furry kind would be so grateful!
When the fries are ready sprinkle with shredded cheese and top with bacon. A few more minutes in the oven is perfect to melt the cheese. I brown bagged a handful of fries for serving & poured the ranch dressing in these cute little shot glasses. I think we are ready for kickoff!!
If you are hosting your own party or heading over to a friends for the big game, here are a few more recipe ideas you can bring along! These girls are the real deal, so I know you can’t go wrong with any of these awesome recipes!

Bacon, cheese, and fries – three of the most delicious foods in existence, and you combined them together. Bravo! Haha. Seriously, this looks way too delicious for its own good.
