Hashbrown Skillet Casserole {OH.MY.GOODNESS}

You want to make this. A few weeks ago III requested a hashbrown modge-podge of breakfast goodness. Here is what I came up with.

I don’t have exact measurements on much here…but this is what you need to cook up!

Simply Potatoes Shredded Hashbrowns | 1/3 of a green pepper | 1 small tomato | 1/3 of an onion
4 eggs | 4 pieces of (turkey) bacon | 1 can of biscuits | olive oil | 1 cup of a cheese blend

01. I would start by cutting up the veggies…dice & saute.

02. Then get the hashbrowns going & cook per package directions.
I find it easier to cook about half the bag at a time.

03. Fry the (turkey) bacon.

03a. Cook one extra piece for the pup. He’ll love you for always.

04. Cook the biscuits per package instructions.

05. Whip up the eggs to desired consistency.

06. When you begin layering, everything will already be cooked. Grab a cast iron skillet & layer as laid out below.

07. Bake in the oven on 350 degrees for about 6 minutes until you see the cheese melting everything together to yummy goodness.

. . . . .

III says it tastes best with coffee…I prefer OJ. You can decide on your own beverage of choice. Just promise that you enjoy! Add a little Tabasco sauce for an extra kick. (Or if you are me, don’t.)

This really turned out lovely, I think I’ll be cooking it up again soon!
 Let me know if you want to come over & I’ll set an extra place at the table.

Serving up at several awesome parties.
