. . . . .
Are you hungry?
If so, I have a GREAT recipe for you…
It seems like once a week the hubs and I are always craving pizza. I mean who doesn’t LOVE pizza??
Since pizza is a staple in our diet, I am always looking for ways to make it “healthy.”
Recently, I came across a pizza recipe for this Flag Pizza from
A Very Veggie World by Country Crock.
It brought in two veggies I don’t necessarily love in isolation, but put it on pizza & you can’t go wrong!

It’s a pretty simple recipe.
The ingredients called for fresh spinach, mozzarella, pizza sauce, a Pillsbury crust, and plum tomatoes!
This pizza was delicious! I think the next time I am around my nephew I might whip up this pizza (or it’d be perfect for 4th of July). It’s a lovely mix of veggies & great taste! I knew he’ll love it too.
8 out 10 kids actually love veggies cooked with Country Crock! That is a pretty good stats :o)
III isn’t a kid, but he too needs his veggies! And I must admit I’m usually not big on the veggies, but with a little butter (Country Crock) they went right down. Everything taste better with butter!
