Banana Bread

What do you do when your bananas go “bad?” 
Well, besides go bananas, of course!
You make Banana Bread!
I followed Pam’s recipe at For the Love of Cooking, because it called for brown sugar. 
And I love all things brown sugar.
{I did cut the recipe in half seeing as I only had two bananas}
I did some mashing…so fun :o)
and then some mixing. I love any reason to pull out Mr. KitchenAid
I used this pan I have. I don’t know what it’s called, but it’s like a cupcake pan, but square.
Brownie pan maybe? It looks like this.
Butter is the perfect condiment for occasions such as these.

Oh, and now that Picnik is “officially” gone, I edited these photos using PicMonkey. I’m pretty happy with how they turned out. I used the DUSK effect on each of the photos and just faded it a little.
