Chicken Parmesan

With the weather cooling off, I’ve been cooking a lot more warm dishes.
And as a bonus, this Chicken Parmesan recipe was a great addition when 
Trey was carb loading before the marathon.
Chicken Parmesan

Chicken Strips
Italian Bread Crumbs
Shredded Parmesan
Directions: First, coat the chicken in egg and then coat in the bread crumbs. Place in oil in the medium warm skillet and flip until cooked throughout and browned on the outside. 
In the meantime, boil the pasta according to the package instructions. 
It’s as simple at that.
Top the pasta with your chicken, the chicken with marinara, and the marinara with the Parmesan crumbs.
