Aubie’s Pizza Puffs
This just pinned…
I borrowed the recipe pinned from Lick the Bowl Good
and only made a few modifications.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup of flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
Pinch of Salt
2/3 cup Skim milk
1 egg
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup sliced pepperoni (I just chopped the the slices)
Pizza Sauce
I followed Monica’s steps.
Whisk the first four dry ingredients,
add the liquids,
then the pepperoni and cheeses.
Bake in a mini muffin pan for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
The Pizza Puffs turned out GREAT!
One modification I would make is to eat them right out of the oven.
While they do heat up well, there is no comparison to hot and steamy, oven fresh.
I didn’t take many {and in none} pictures of the process,
but Monica has some GREAT ones so head over for a visual.
Will you be tailgating today?
We {Auburn} have a BIG game verses LSU….
