Homemade Chili

Warm up with a big bowl of
Chili!! (& it only takes 10 minutes)
Now when it comes to cooking I am definitely a novice.
I mean I’ve just been married for over the year…
how long do you suppose that learning curve lasts???
III is starting to wonder :)
Therefore, it is on rare occasions I try the pinch of this, sprinkle of that method…
However, there is something about chili that allows me to just go with it!
Here is what went into this pot:
a chopped tomato
1/2 of a chopped onion
1 packet of chili seasoning
1 can of Bush’s Chili Beans
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce

I cooked the onions with the meat in a skillet. (5 minutes)
At the same time in a pot I poured the spaghetti sauce, chili beans, and tomatoes
 (is it tomatoes or tomoatos??)
Before adding the meat to the pot, add in the chili seasoning to the meat. (2 minutes)
Mix ALL together (3 minutes) & serve over FRITOS with a little cheddar cheese.
I am looking forward to seeing this dish around more often!!
Enjoy. & check me out at these FABULOUS parties.
