Fall Pennant Banner

Inspired by Alderberry Hill and this photo linked up to the Mique’s Pity Party

I created my own twist on a little Fall decor. Thanks Sarah!!

A pennant banner is a quick and simple way to dress up any space!!
And I mean like 20 minutes quick…so get to work :)
I LOVE how it looks on this old window.

First, cut your triangles.
To do this, I drew out a 7 x 7 square for these.
Then I marked the middle of the bottom line (3.5″) with a dot.
Finally, draw a line from each of the top corners diagonally to the marked middle at the bottom.
Cut.

You will also need 4 strips of coordinating paper each cut to 1×7″.

After attaching the strips to the triangles,
I painted a few wooden letters dark brown and glued them to inverted cupcake liners.
Elmer also helped me fasten the liners to the pennant.

Finally, punch a few holes & thread through the twine.

And there you have it!

Linking up to these always AMAZING parties.
