Nutella Peanut Butter Pie

I’ve seen this recipe a couple times on Pinterest, & I couldn’t take it anymore.
I just had to give it a try. I mean, it’s a combination of two of my favorite things. And while I mentioned Nutella last week, this recipe takes the “pie.”

I love how it looks like I made this 25 years ago, instead of 25 hours ago…
1/2 c. Nutella
20ish Nutter Butters
16 oz. non-fat cream cheese
1/2 c. whipping cream
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
dash of vanilla


Grab your camera. Take lots of pictures.

In the food processor, pulse 20ish nutter butters.
Mix with melted butter and press into greased pie dish to form the crust. Place in refrigerator to chill.
In a bowl mix vanilla, sugar, cream cheese, and Nutella.

Add in whipping cream & continue to mix until fluffy.
Pour into pie dish & put in the fridge. 
(Original recipe suggests two hours, but I think it got better with time, so maybe even overnight).

Serve with a little chocolate sauce…because it makes it look pretty :)
